Native English-speaking psychotherapist, gestalt-therapist, I welcome adults in 1-on-1 sessions, offering a space of listening and openness, with a particular emphasis on relational issues.

What is Gestalt therapy?

Gestalt therapy is a therapeutic approach that belongs to the family of relational psychotherapies (Read the full article on this topic). It focuses on the person as a whole and in their relationships with others, and can be suitable for a wide variety of issues and desires for change.

For what reasons are you consulted?

I’m consulted for issues such as anxiety, lack of motivation, existential questionning, relational issues, recurring symptoms, or simply for personal growth and deeper self-knowledge.

What are the benefits for your Clients?

Through their commitment to regular sessions over a period of time, my clients benefit from a supportive environment to get through a difficult time, to find relief from their struggles, to gain clarity of their unsatisfactory relational patterns and to move towards a more creative life, aligned with their values.

How does a session work?

A session lasts 50 minutes. It is a therapeutic exchange during which you address the problem(s) of your choice and we begin an exploration together. Sessions take place in my office in Grenoble, at the 4a rue de la Station Ponsard.

How to get in touch?

The first contact is made during an initial phone conversation or online booking. We agree on a first session to meet at my office and explore the possibility of starting a therapy together.

As a member of the FPGT (Fédération Professionnelle de Gestalt-Thérapeutes), I commit myself to respect its code of ethics. (https://www.fpgt.fr/page/912639-codes-de-deontologie)

My professional practice is therefore subject to regular supervision.
